Our Story

As employees and advocates of veteran support organizations, we quickly realized the lack of support services and programs for women veterans and spouses. We came together and began brainstorming ideas to create and build community with women of military experience; offer programs to connect and find common ground; and seek opportunities to collaborate with veteran organizations, women-owned businesses and the local community. At the end of this meeting, At Ease Tx was created and soon became a 501c-3 non-profit program of Women’s Non-profit Alliance.

What we Do

Connection Boxes

Our team of volunteers are dedicated to making a positive impact on women, committed to showing up for others, and look forward to connecting every year on 9/11.  It is with their assistance we continue to serve, gather donations, write inspirational messages and fill Connection boxes with practical items to share and uplift women in transition. These boxes are delivered across North Texas from 9/11 day to Veterans day!

Please consider making a monetary tax-deductible donation and help us expand our reach across the state of Texas.
